If you pay by credit card, your customer card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

Payment in advance

If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the intended purpose and always make the transfer separately for different orders.

Depending on the credit card company, it can take between two to four working days for your payment to reach us. The goods you ordered will remain reserved for you until your payment has been received (but for a maximum of seven days).

If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred.

With us you can also pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept credit cards from Master Card, Maestro, Visa and American Express. If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card that was originally charged.


Your credit card details are transmitted encrypted using SSL.

Additional security when paying with credit card Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code enable particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption procedures.

You don't need any software on your computer. Both customers who have already registered and those who have not yet registered will be automatically redirected to your bank's website via payment processing. To complete the order successfully, please follow the steps provided there.


 

Shipment

Return

If you are not satisfied, you can register your return with us by email

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Pack the items as unbreakably as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:


Items without our official packaging or hangtag attached to the goods. 

After you have written to us by email, we will send you a form that must be attached to the item you want to return.

We will send you a returns label, which we will deduct from your credit. If the item has to be cleared through customs again, this will also be deducted from the credit. You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.


As soon as we have received and processed the package, we will notify you by email.

Further processing will take place immediately according to your wishes.

The following shipping conditions apply:

The goods are delivered to almost all countries. You are also welcome to contact us to see if shipping to your country would be possible.

Customs service:

All items shipped outside the EU must be cleared through customs. We have to charge you for this. If we receive a return from you where we have to pay additional customs duties, this will be on  deducted from your refund.


Shipping to you may vary depending on the service provider.
